The aim of this site is to offer guitarists of all levels of experience from beginners to advanced players free lessons in music theory and how it can be applied to improve your guitar playing.

New to the Site?
If your new to the site then start from the begining with our first free guitar theory lesson by clicking here!Our guitar lessons are arranged in order so that you have all the information you need to move on to the the next one. We highly recommend you start from the beginning and work your way through even if you think you know the basic guita theory stuff in the first few lessons!
How to use our Free Guitar Theory Lessons
Set a side an hour or so to read through each guitar lesson. At the end of each section theyll be a number of exercises to practice. Try and do a new lesson every one to two weeks, practising the exercises in between for about an hour or so a day (or as much time as you can spare) before moving on to the next one. The more advanced theory lessons may require more practice.
